XTR111: Request: reliability/FIT vs temperature (90 °C & 125 °C)

Part Number: XTR111

Tool/software:

Hello TI Team,

We are qualifying XTR111 for a safety-related industrial application and finalizing our FMEDA.

In the current datasheet we only find a FIT reference at 45 °C together with the FMD. For our analysis we need the FIT rates at elevated temperature. Could you please provide:

  1. FIT values at Tj = 90 °C and at Tj = 125 °C (please specify per package if the numbers differ).

  2. The standard/model used (e.g., SN29500-2, IEC TR 62380, ISO 26262 collateral), and whether the rates are referenced to junction or ambient temperature.

  3. Any assumptions/mission profile used (environment class, duty cycle).

  4. If only a reference value is available, the temperature scaling method (e.g., Arrhenius parameters or SN29500 temperature conversion) so we can derive 90 °C and 125 °C ourselves.

  5. Whether die vs. package contributions are reported separately.

If there is a functional-safety report or application note with these details, a link or copy would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support!
