I have a customer who ordered a part number: TL331QDBVRQ1
qty. 130
Per customer information: This part was purchased in sept of 2023 [dc: 2317M]. The customer saw that there was PCN.
Can you verify if this impacts the stock the customer received? Customer is experiencing high failure in association with parts.
Customer claimed: "Our end customer is experiencing issue with the Die (made in China) used for MPN:TL331QDBVRQ1 (PCN#1: 20211220004.2 dated December 22, 2021). This PCN was published on December 22, 2021. Due to the high failure rate, the mfr confirmed they cannot use any components from the China Fab using JI3 process. Please help review and let us know if our order is impacted by the PCN#1: 20211220004.2."
