LMC6482: LMC6482AIMX/NOPB Top marking LOGO missing // SO# 433004

Hello TI Team,

Hope this message finds you well.

 

Our customer had purchased a total 380pcs of Part# LMC6482AIMX/NOPB. They received the part with fresh incoming status and found out the received parts have the logo missing issue on the top marking.

Here attached with the photo. (Right side is customer received part)

 

Could you kindly assist us to verify and advise whether these issues are within the acceptance criteria? Could you provide or share the criteria or supporting documents of this issued part for customer as their production reference.

We would appreciate your assistance in advising the matter.

 

The shipment details as following:

Supplier PO#: 029-DL051

MPN#: LMC6482AIMX/NOPB

Shipped Qty: 380pcs

COO: MY

Date Code: 2525+5 

Lot Code: MIXED 

Issue: Logo missing issue on the top marking

    Hi Lucas,

    Thank you for the shipment details. Unfortunately, given that this is a public forum, I'm unable to provide the documentation you've requested. Although the National Semiconductor logo appears to be faded on the unit on the right, this should not impact the functionality or performance of the device.

    You noted the lot code as mixed. Could you confirm whether all 380 units belong to a single lot number, or if multiple lot numbers in the shipment were affected?
