LM358B: ESD protection diode of Input

Dear Team,

Please let me confirm if there is the ESD protection diode between input and V+. From the LM358B datasheet, Absolute maximum ratings, I do not understand that.

If there is not the ESD protection diode between Input and V+, the LM358B does not go any damage under V+=3.3V and VI=40V condition, right?

About the input common-mode voltage range, If Input voltage beyonds the VCM range, the OpAmp output becomes non-linear behavior. Howevere, the LM358B does not got any damage, right?

    Hi Koshi,

    I need to update my response. I accidentally deleted Clemens correct response somehow with my post. Clemens was correct that the ESD diodes actually do not exist. The device shares the same structure as the LM2905B. This is shown in this Application Note in section 3.5:
