I am currently designing an ultra low noise current driver for a laser and would like to perform a clean characterization of the current and voltage noise density. I am using notably a LMH6552 for control purposes.
Could you please give me some insight on the methods and equipments used by TI for the characterization of the noise properties of your LDO, amplifiers, etc.. ?
