This is satish from Philips.
I am reaching out to you for the quary about the availability of the model or symbol of the TL5500 IC.
Currently i am in process of designing the LNA and TL5500 is best suitable for my design, however i am not able to simulate due to lack of the model.
Can you please share the non linear model of the IC alone if available or please share the S2P files.
