Hello,

Honeywell India is planning to use LMH6550 device in one of the applications. They plan to use the device at gain of 10.

The datasheet plot for gain vs frequency has gain settings as 2,4 & 6.

Please let us know if the gain = 10 plot is available. If characterization plot is not available, can we have a plot from simulation? Honeywell will be okay with simulation data as well for starter.

    This request for information was somehow missed till now. Is this issue still open?

    With a voltage feedback device like LMH6550, the rule of thumb says that the GBWP stays constant. So, if Av=+6 bandwidth is around 70MHz, you'd expect Av=+10 bandwidth of 42MHz (=6 x 70MHz / 10). The response will be over-damped (no overshoot or ringing).
