AUDIO-AM275-EVM: Using only cores C75x_0 and c75x_1

Hello TI, 

On the AM275_EVM, I would like to flash two binaries .out files. One for C75x_0 and another for c75x_1. No R5f core binaries are generated or loaded. 

Thus, the C75x_0 binary gets loaded but the C75x_1 binary loading does not complete. There is some issue. 

Can you please share a Demo Hello world project consisting of only cores C75x_0 and c75x_1 (the .out files of which can be generated, flashed and used).

AND/OR

Can you please mention what can be tried at my end?

Here is the screen shot of the loading of .out files stage where it gets stuck.

CCS ver 12.8.1 used.
