ISO224: ISO224 Supply

Hey,

I'm using ISO224 in my circuit which is powered by a flyback converter on its high side. The problem is 

I sensed a diode drop of 2.1V between VCC1 and GND1, of ISO224 IC this is why my flyback voltage gets clamped.

I want to know why do I sense 2.1V diode drop across VCC1 and GND1?

I plugged the IC from the board out to check the drop across the same pins, I still measure the diode drop.

Please share your view, and help me to resolve this issue
