TLE2142: Regarding datasheet update

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

In the latest revised datasheet for the series TLE214x (SLOS183E-February 1997-Revised july 2025) under switching characteristics the parameters settling time, maximum output-swing bandwidth and total harmonic distortion plus noise values are changed compared to previous datasheet update. Kindly confirm that changes are made recent to the part or is there any updates regarding part performance?

    The TLE2142 device recently went through a process change - the relevant PCN for TLE2142 can be found here. The datasheet updates reflect the changes to device performance. Please let me know if there are further questions.

    Understood the changes, but I have below queries

    1. Whether there is any change in the part physically?

    2. Whether these changes are new and only datasheet updates or is there any changes in part performance we have to look into?

    The device went through a design and process change, so the part is physically different. However, the datasheet updates should reflect any changes to the device performance. If there is a particular specification you are interested in, I can provide specific data for you.
