INA337: INA337 with single ended input

Part Number: INA337

Tool/software:

Hello Sir,

I want to use INA337 instrumentation amplifier with single ended input and 0.75 Gain with 5V single supply.
Do you think it cause anything wrong if I connect + channel single ended input(sensor single-ended output) and - channel to GND.
And also to provide 0.75 Gain R1 = 400k R2 = 150k is it appopriate?
Ro and Co is the output filter but, C2 which is the parallel to R2 is the anti-aliasing filter?
And what is the C2 logic behind the Figure 1 single supply operation table?
There is no infos about supply current.Shoul I accept the quiscent current as operaional supply current?

Thanks in advance for your support
Best Regards
