Hello, I would like to inquire whether the LM324DR is single-supply or dual-supply powered. If it is dual-supply, what is its power supply range?
I powered it with ±5V, and the chip is operating normally.

The power supply can be split supply such as the +/-5V that you have provided or a split supply of 10V. The supply range is shown below for the the families. They can be split supply or single supply.

I have a question: Does Vcm refer to the common-mode voltage between IN+ and IN-? According to this table, if I supply ±5 V, does the common-mode voltage range [0, VCC–2] mean that the common-mode input voltage on IN+ and IN- cannot be negative values such as –1 V or –2 V?

Yes you are correct. On a single supply the common mode voltage cannot go negative.
