in a current project we use XTR300AIRGW.
To do all necessary calculations for safety reasons,
we need complete information on thermal behavior of the chip.
Please let us know total power dissipation PD in Watt.

Hi Michael,

Apologies for the delay as the thread was not assigned correctly initially.

The thermal resistance specs are located in the datasheet on page 7.

Could you provide what supply voltages and load you are using? And what operating temperature?
