Looking for Open drain Comparator

Dear TI experts,

I am looking for open drain comparator.

Pull up value 60 ohm to 1V supply is dedicated by Intel. Currently they are using LMV331. but output level is 0.3V.. So

They want low level below 0.3V . I think sink current is 11 mA.

In this case, which device of comparators is suitable ?

Try a TLC339.

Hi Neil,

TLC339 is 4ch. would you recommend 1ch comp ?

What is the supply voltage for comparator?

The TLC393 is a dual channel version of the TLC339

Hi Ron,

Supply range is 2.7 ~ 5.5V which is same as LMV331. I do not know fixed supply voltage. Is this necessary ?

I found LMV7275 pin to pin single COMP with open drain.

So, I recommended it to Samsung. Samsung will test it once sample ready.

Anyway, I want you to see that LMV7275 output level is smaller than LMV331 in this application ( 60 ohm pull up to 1V )..

I doubt RDS on resistance when switched... Thanks..
