Hi Sir :

The input waveforms and peak values of the normal and abnormal modules are the same, but the peak value of the output waveform of the abnormal module is approximately three times that of the normal module, and the amplification factor is greater than the normal value, resulting in abnormal flow in the calibration mode of the module ;

Hi Anson,

Thanks for the schematic. Could you let me know the following:

The supply voltages AVDD and -AVDD
Can you clarify the voltages/waveforms seen by the input terminals of the device?
Is there any difference in the setup/schematic between the normal and abnormal module?

If the modules are identical, have you performed an A-B-A swap to test if the issue persists when swapping out a device?

Hi Anson,

If an ABA swap has shown that the device is the issue, then I believe there might be some unintended short with the gain pins or something else physical with the device, as the gain error spec of the INA819 has a max value of ±0.15%, which would not explain that significant of a difference in gain between the modules.

Could you perform a visual inspection of the device and its pins? Could there have been any ESD or EOS event that damaged that device?
