LMC6772: Recent fab change. TI PCN 20230522002.1 date code verification

Part Number: LMC6772

To whom it may concern,

We are having issues with parts that have recent fab change on TI PCN 20230522002.1 with VPN LMC6772BIM

 

Part markings are Top side 6772BI, TI 47k, A9CB, Bottom side KBL18  Can you verify if this part contains the die revisiion?

    Hi John,

    Can you confirm the lot# and the FULL orderable part number?

    LMC6772BIM/NOPB? LMC6772BIMX/NOPB? LMC6772BIMX?

    I am not getting a hit on 47A9CBK. The 47A9 portion and the "K" look right. Confirm the "CB" portion.

    Could it be CV, CY or CX?

    If you have access to the box or reel labels, if the "(20L)" field says "CSO:RFB", then it is the new (PCN) die.

    If 20L says ":DLN" or ":GF6" or ":GF8", then it is the old die.
