Hi
I was wondering if the LMH6628QML-SP have gone through any ELDRS or LDR testing and what the result from these were in that case.
With kind regards
Alexander Hollmark

Hello Alexander,
Our space-rated devices including the LMH6628QML-SP has gone through ELDRs and LDR/HDR testing. The TID report can be found at this link for the device: https://www.ti.com/seclit/rr/snaa188/snaa188.pdf?. Any device that is space-rated (-SEP or -SP) has gone through TID testing, and are radiation hardened assured up to a certain dosage as shown in table below. This means a final acceptance test is performed on each production lot of a radiation-hardened product which takes a sample of each lot for quality assurance including TID radiation test.

For SEE (Single event effects such as SEL and SET), we unfortunately do not have a these reports for the LMH6628QML-SP, since it’s one of the devices we inherited from National Semiconductor, and at date of release these reports were not required at the time. Here is an E2E thread where another customer shared some reports taken by third parties for other LMH devices that are on the same process as the LMH6628QML-SP. While we did not take this data ourselves, you can use it as reference:
And as discussed in linked e2e thread above, here is an SET report for the LMH6702, which is on the same process and therefore most comparable, from one of the databases they shared: https://nepp.nasa.gov/radhome/papers/L061806_LMH6702.pdf.
Thank you,
Sima
