Hello,

I noticed that on the TLV9001-Q1 product page, the Pspice model provided is for TLV9002. Could you please confirm if the same model applies to TLV9001-Q1, or if there is a separate model available for TLV9001-Q1?

    Hello Srikar,

    The models are the same within a family.

    The models "model" one channel at a time - so the single, dual and quad are all the same model. The only difference is the name on the .subckt line.

    Models model the typicals at room temperature - so the same model is also valid for the commercial and Q1 devices, in all channel counts.

    Obviously, it is easier to maintain one model than 6 similar, but re-named models.

    So use the TLV9002 model. If it is a concern, you can rename the .lib file and change the .subckt line to TLV9001-Q1.
