Hi team,

Are there any analog current sense amplifiers with an internal REF similar to the INA214-Q1? I noticed that the INA214-Q1 requires an external reference.

    Hello Jade,

    I am not sure what you are asking for. As you noted, the INA214-Q1 has an externally generated reference, not an internally generated reference.

    Hi Jade,

    We don't have parts that generate their own internal references, however we do have a few parts, like the INA296, that have two REF pins with a resistor divider between them: 

    Which can be easily connected to produce a midsupply reference voltage as shown.

    Our parts that have this feature include:

    INA296

    INA241

    INA240

    INA28x

    LMP8481
