XTR111: Need spice model

Hello

We are looking for a V/I conversion application that can convert AC input voltages ranging from 50mVpk-pk-to 500mVpk-pk (0.1KHz-10KHz) into 4-20mA current waveform. XTR111 needs to be assessed for this purpose.

If this device looks OK, please share the spice/TINA model. Else, please let us know any other suitable offering.

Hi Gaurav,

Yes, the XTR111 can be used as a 4-20mA transmitter - we also have the XTR200 as the newer generation to this product.

For the XTR111, we only have an idealized TINA model, which I have attached here. This only lets you test transfer function so please keep that in mind.
