OPA4171: Output offset isuue

Part Number: OPA4171

Dear Ti,

I am using your OP-amp OPA4171AIDR for Unity Gain Differential Amplifier but at same input voltage of IN- and IN+ I get output voltage of around 1.2V but at same voltage as per me the output comes 0V, schematic is attached for reference. and same PCB we are using with AD8544 working well and output achived as requierment.Diffrencial Amplifier.jpg

    Hi engindi,

    I would be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.

    To clarify:

    • Which pins are you applying a voltage to?
    • What voltage are you applying to the inputs?  
    • Which amplifier output are you measuring 1.2V at? Pin 8?
