Reference Part No: LMC6081 - we have received a delivery of substandard parts that have failed Phoenix’s inhouse quality checks. Specific details are summarised below.

Concern details:
- Under X-ray the bonding wires connecting the chip to the pins appear faded and are barely visible
B) When the silkscreen was wiped with acetone, the marking came off revealing different markings underneath
As a matter of some urgency can TI please confirm the following:
- If the affected parts were manufactured by TI
- Verify the traceability of the affected parts
- Check stock and related batches of the affected part to see if they have the similar silkscreen top marking
Of the original batch of 10 affected parts, Phoenix have 6 units still in stock, 4 units were used for confirmation testing. Phoenix will now be placing an order for 10 additional parts to check if they are affected by the same concerns.
