TLV9022-Q1: Worst Case Leakage Current

Part Number: TLV9022-Q1

Hello team,

in the datasheet of the TLV902x-Q1 / TLV903x-Q1 components (SNOSDA9E – JUNE 2020 – REVISED MAY 2024) I cannot find the information regarding worst case (including maximum value at high temperature) leakage current I_LKG of the open drain variant TLV902x-Q1. As only the typical value at 25°C is provided, I kindly ask you to provide this information.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Steffen

  • Hi Steffen,

Use 10nA at 125°C for a temp max.

This is for engineering information and is not warrantied as it is not on the datasheet.

  • Hello Paul,

I am a bit confused, that there shall be no worst case value available, because I think this is mandatory for the circuit design. So I kindly ask you to double-check that again and might involve your development team.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,

    Steffen

  • Hello Steffen,

The development team ran device lots during initial product characterization and measured the leakage current. We do not test leakage over temperature in production thus do not provide a temp maximum in the datasheet.

Actually, after re-reviewing the data, the 10nA was for 150°C.

For 125°C, we would revise to 2.5nA max for 125°C.
