THS7530: Offset Temperature Drift Estimation

Part Number: THS7530

Dear Experts,

I wanted to ask if there is more information available by now regarding the offset drift of the THS7530. I intend to use it from DC-200MHz and do a calibration to null the offset every time it is powered on. Can I expect the offset drift to be below approx. 100uV/°C afterwards?

Regards,

Renan

  • Hi Renan,

Unfortunately I don't have official drift information for this device. However, I was able to look up some over-temperature output offset testing we did and it seems the THS7530 will likely have greater than 100uV/°C drfit. From what I can see in the data the drift does not correlate monotonically with temperature. I expect this is likely due to the mixer architecture used in the device.

    Best,

    Jacob
