    1. Is LM124AWG/883 dies the same as the LM124AWGRLQMLV dies?

        No, they are different dies. LM124AWGRLQMLV is Class V RHA and LM124AWG/883 is Class Q. 

    2. Is LM139AWG/883 dies the same as the LM139AWGRLQMLV dies? 

        No, they are different dies. LM139AWGRLQMLV is Class V RHA and LM139AWG/883 is Class Q.

    3. What is the certification process for LM124AWGRLQMLV vs LM124AWG/883? What is the certification process for LM139AWGRLQMLV vs LM139AWG/883?

        The main difference between the two classifications is what is tested. The QML flow for different classes, according to MIL-PRF-38535 can be found in this app note HERE. The main difference in certification is that Class V Is RHA and Class Q is not.
