Application Requirements:
When Rntc = 3.735K, Vin1 = 1.08V;
When Rntc=1.66K, Vin2 = 0.72V;
When Vin>Vin1, Vo is high;
When Vin<Vin2, Vo is low;

What are your definitions of Vin, Vin1, and Vin2?
I don't see any net labels defining the nodes.
I ran a quick DC sweep, and it seems like the switching matches up with the customer's expectations, though please clarify the above questions so I can check the polarities as well.
Another comment, what is the TLV7031 driving in this circuit? I'm seeing Current: MAX:8mA and I'm wondering if the TLV7031 output is expected to source that current.
