INA199: What is the difference between A and B version?

Hi Team, 

 

I would like to check what is the difference between INA199A1 and INA199B1? I only see ESD rating difference in DS.

    Kailun, 

    The ESD rating is the difference between these devices. INA199 historically was designed into volatile applications where transient conditions existed on the sense lines that could lead to damage. The B (and later C) variants were introduced with more robust ESD cells to help inside these applications. Apart from the enhanced ESD cells, the parts are the same.
