I’m looking at the PGA280, 1 per channel or 8 per ADS1278, but I can’t find any distortion data. I’d like distortion or (THD+N) verses frequency for 5Vpp output verses frequency for each gain. It doesn’t have to be at 5Vpp, it’s just preferred.

The PGA280 is a high precision instrumentation amplifier with excellent DC precision. The Small signal Gain Vs Frequency curve is shown below. The knee of the flat region of the small signal gain vs frequency curve is located somewhere around ~30kHz depending on gain setting and the device is not expected to operate for input signals above the 100kHz range. What is the signal frequency range required for this application? We could look into obtaining THD+N data on a few devices.

The input is from DC to 25kHz. I would want to see harmonic distortion data or THD+N sweep verses frequency for up to a 25kHz input that sums at least up to the 4th harmonic of 25kHz.
