    Hi Allen,

    If the calibration register is set incorrectly, you may face Math Overflow issues. Please see Section 8.5.1 for more details on correct register settings. Alternatively, you could use the INA220 GUI's calculator to find correct calibration register value.

     

    Also, 200 Ohms filter resistors is too large, we generally recommend usign 10Ohms or less.
