Regarding the input bias current, only the typical value is listed, but what is the maximum value? Also, what would be the possible maximum input bias current when the operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C? Is it okay to use the values from the data in Figure 6-10?

We cannot provide a maximum value that is not listed in the product datasheet. However you may estimate the typical value over temperature for the input bias current because it is the leakage of the ESD diodes which doubles approximately every 10 degrees C. I have also included the plots from the PDS below.
