To whom it may concern,

In our in-circuit test we are seeing some differences betweeen two LM2903 comparators.

The part that is working is physicaly topside marked LM2903, TI 48M, A2JE.

The part that is failing is physicaly topside marked LM2903, TI54K, AF1T.

Can you confirm the AF1T contains a RFAB die shrink die? PCN 20240930001.1

Hello John,

48A2JEM = Invalid (comes back to a TCAN device). Please confirm the markings and full orderable part number (assume LM2903DR). The devices of that timeframe (48AxxxM) from Mexico are Ji3 CFAB material - but we still need to confirm the correct lot code.

54AF1TK = RFAB TIB April 2025 - latest die.

TiB and Ji3 are both pure bipolar processes and should be similar. But they are different processes, so there will be minor differences in the fringes - but are functionally the same.
