THS4061M: Thermal Information

Part Number: THS4061M

We are Conducting Thermal Analyis for our PCB Modules in which we have TI Components with P/N:THS4061MFKB
 
 
Kindly provide the following details as it is not available in the Datasheet:
1)Thermal Resistance Junction to Air (RthJA) 
2)Thermal Resistance, Junction−to−Case (top) (RthJCt)
3)Thermal Resistance, Junction−to−Case (bottom) (RthJCb)
 
All Units shall be in Deg C per Watt.

    Hello Rakesh,

      We submitted a thermal request for the thermal resistance values of the THS4061MFKB. Due to the holidays the next two weeks, we should have these values calculated by the second week of January.

      Below are the values for the THS4061MFKB:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 93.7
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 69.3
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 68.5
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 63.1
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 68.1
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 14.9
