AMC3302: internal structure

AMC3302 integrates an isolated power supply and an isolation amplifier (delta sigma modulator, transmitter/receiver, and analog filter) into a single package.
What specific measures are taken to ensure the analog section is not affected by the magnetic fields generated by the isolated power supply (transformer) or the switching noise from the power supply itself?
Regarding these measures, could you provide materials such as X-ray images or diagrams showing the internal structure of the IC?
 
My customer wants to use this, they have NDA and they need these information.
