I need to understand whether OPA197 is unity stable?

    Manoj,

    Yes.  It is unity gain stable.  One way to know this is the "GBW Unity gain bandwidth" is specified.  Another way to know this is that there are multiple images inside the data sheet that show the op amp in a unity gain configuration (see figure 46).
