AMC1300: AMC1300 application problem

Hi Team,

The client is experiencing a hardware overcurrent fault while receiving a high voltage alarm and cannot be reset.
Please help analyze the reason, as shown in the schematic diagram below.

On the left are defective products, and on the right are comparison information of good products.

    The pictures are not too clear, but assuming you are probing pins 6 and 7 (and not the output of the amplifier stage), the VOUT on the right is what you should expect with 0 current flowing (or shorted inputs).  The VOUT on the left, if 0 current is flowing, is not what I would expect to see.  If the device has proper power on both VDD1 and VDD2 with respect to GND1 and GND2, I suspect it is somehow damaged.  Does the issue go away with a replacement part?

    The issue was resolved after the component was replaced.

    You can work with your local FAE to try and implement a failure analysis if you like.

    I have contacted the Arrow's FAE. The feedback from your company indicates that EOS has caused device damage.But we found that when the failure device was first soldered onto the board, the abnormality would not recur. However,  the abnormality would appear after a half an hour.If the device is damaged by EOS, this phenomenon is irreversible.
