I would like to know what's the next generation of TAS6424E-Q1? And what's the difference and improvement of the next gen device?

We have RTM device TAS67524 could be considered. New 1L structure to save 1 inductor at each output side, better effieciency and thermal performance.

Is TAS67524 P2P with TAS6424E? And are they software compatible? What points should be noted when design the next gen device.

Hi Eileen,

No they're not P2P compatible. They are two different architectures so the hardware will be different. TAS67524 also has a lot more functions than TAS6424.

The benefit is that because TAS67524 only requires half as many inductors for the LC filter at the output, aka the BOM cost is lower, and the total area required for the amp is also smaller.
