INA301: ALERT Response Time Question

Hi Team,

Customer built INA301 simulation in TINA and found below issue:

The Slew-rate-limited tp is quite larger than the value in datasheet, as simulation result is ~180us & datasheet shows 1.5us Max.

Could you please help check it? And I cannot find any test data in EVM user's guide:

Do you have any ALERT response time test data on hand can show to customer? Thanks in advance.

Hello Francis,

Can you try removing R3 and/or R4 and see if that helps?

Hello Francis,

I just tested this on an INA301EVM (using the A1 device), and I got an alert response time of about 0.85 µs. Here is a scope shot:
