Part Number: LM139A-MIL

Hello,

We need to find out if TI part LM139AJ/883 conforms to the MIL-STD-883 Method 2003. 

The selection criteria in our drawing is 

"ALL LEADS MUST BE SOLDERABLE AND MEET REQUIREMENTS OF MIL-STD-883, METHOD 2003 (LATEST REVISION)"

If so do you have a COC or any document supporting it?

    Hello Joseph,

    Devices are tested to the latest standards at the time they are assembled (date code).

    So it would depend on the assembly date of the particular lot.

    The QCI system contains the test results for the specific lots.

    Quality Conformance Inspection (QCI)

    You can look up by lot number or part number ("Reports"->"PCR Listing" and search). 

    The "PCR" form has a summary of the tests and the methods used. The "QA Lotnmbr" column is the PCR report.

    Looking at most of the devices, the "B3 Solderability" is TM2003.
