It appears that the datasheet does not include any information regarding ESD. Could you send me the ESD test results?

Hi Shingu,

The TLE2142 did not include any ESD test results because this device was originally released in the 1990s, when the ESD standards were different. However, the TLE2142 HBM passes at 2500V and the CDM passes at 1000V.
