PGA309: Calibration with a known sensor temperature response

I am working to develop a load cell. My implementation uses a XTR117 current loop output with the PGA309, which very closely follows reference design SLAU526. Each of our devices have a very similar temperature response, so to save time and effort during calibration, I would like to write my own predetermined temperature compensation values to the EEPROM. The goal being to skip the time and effort required to get the load cell to temperature and perfom the full calibration at multiple temperatures. I would like to be able to perform all my future calibrations at room temperature while still maintaining temperature compensation that has been captured in previous temperature calibrations.

Is there an existing process that will allow me to do this? Or would I have to first calibrate the sensor at room temperature, then write the temperature values to the EEPROM seperately? Can the sensor emulation in the PGA309EVM program be used to artificially modify the calibration at temperature to allow us to write the temperature response information at room temperature?

    I would first calibrate the sensor at room temperature and write the temperature values separately to the EEPROM as discussed in page 67 of the User's Guide (second part): PGA309 UG

    This ensure the first part of the EEPROM is configured correctly: 

    The PGA309EVM already has the XTR117 populated, I would first order the EVM as a prototype to see if it works well with your system. Here is the schematic: PGA309EVM-USB Schematic
