We are currently working on an access control system project and require suitable amplifire and speakers that meet the following specifications:

- Sound pressure levels: 93 dB and 97 dB

- Audible range: Clearly audible from a maximum distance of 5 feet

- IP65 rating for dust and water protection

- Industrial temperature range: -40°C to +85°C

Can You suggest the Audio best Suitable Audio amplifire IC

Hello,

It's hard to spec based on dB level as that will change depending on the speaker used, but we can start with a 10W-20W amplifier as I believe that would meet your requirement. Do you have input type (digital or analog) or package requirement? Also what is your speaker impedance?

We can not get finalize speaker watt as per our requirement also IP Rating for the Speaker our input is Analog Can you suggest audio amplifier IC which is widely used in access control system

Hello,

I recommend looking into TPA3138D2. This is a stereo device but can be configured to PBTL for mono applications up to 18.5W

A really popular mono analog in part is TPA2011, but it is a bit lower power.
