Per the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); TI devices are considered articles, which do not fall under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). See https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/szzq146/szzq146.pdf

You can find the PFOS/PFOA test reports, as well as additional test reports, for our devices through the Material Content Search tool under "Restricted chemical test report". I've also emailed these reports to you for the devices you specified.
