Is the THS2630 fully SiGe BJTs and JFETs? I cannot use MOSFETS or CMOS in my application.

Hi Robert,

The THS2630 does not contain MOSFETS or CMOS. May I ask the concern with using these types of transistors in your application? We might have additional insight to the concern you have.

Thank you Ignacio! TID tolerance is why we cannot use CMOS or MOSFETs. I understand TI has a space product portfolio, generally we are not as concerned with SEE so the level of protection that the space products provide is not necessary for our application. The guidance I was given by a TI FAE was to ask for this information on MOSFETS and CMOS on a per part basis in these forums, so I really appreciate your help.
