Please draw the circuit including component values or provide overall description of what your input/output ranges are including required response time. Also, do "5nA, 5uV" imply a required precision or transimpedance gain, and do you plan to perform initial and/or over temperature calibration?

voltage / current max/peak is 5uV/5na ±5 sinusoidal 60Hz. No calibration is being considered at this time. Does this help?

It is unclear to me from your description how you consider TLV9062 with max offset of +/-2mV to be used in a charge amplifier with max input of 5uV without calibration. Without seeing you circuit to better understand of what exactly you try to do, I would steer you to use one of the highest precision op amps listed below.
