INA701: INA701 A0 connection

Part Number: INA701

Hello TI team,

I am designing a product with 4 pieces of INA701 and I would like to know if I should connect directly the pin A0 to VS, GND, SCL and SDA by means a resistors or if the connection can be done directly without any resistor.

For sure it would be easir if direct connection is allowed. But I am not able to find this information in the datasheet.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Best Regards!

  • Hello Xavier,

We generally recommend connecting directly without a resistor (or with a 0Ω resistor if you need it dynamic). For VS and GND, it is ok to use a resistor if you like. For SDA and SCL it is not good to have a resistor in the path.

    Regards,

    Mitch
