OPA817: Spice model

Can you send me a spice model for this op-amp? I want to put it into HFSS electronic desktop to simulate it in conjunction with an HFSS 3D simulation.

Hi Daniel,

I attached the .LIB for this device. I am not sure if this is the type of file you would need for this type of simulator, so I hope this helps.

The file is good, but here are several parts in the library file you sent and I'm wondering what the differences are between them. These are the ones I found:
VCM_CLAMP_OPA817

VNSE_OPA817

VOW_DRIFT_OPA817

Hi Dan,

These are all subcircuits in our models that we use to model different specs. There is not much that we can change from that aspect as most amplifier models will have these subcircuits and use this architecture.

OK. Can I assume that I should just use the OPA817 model? What are the other models good for?

Hi Daniel,

The subcircuits you highlighted are used to replicate different specs in our device. The subcircuits are referenced in different portions of the netlist so I am not sure if you could remove them without affecting other portions of the circuit.
