Part Number: INA2227EVM
NOISE-FREE ENOB (±81.92-mV) (ADCRANGE = 0) =IN( FSR/VPP)/IN(2)
FSR=65536,VPP=6.6*STD
test NOISE-FREE ENOB =13.4, but datasheet NOISE-FREE ENOB =14.7

Hello lulin,
We actually use a different equation for ENOB than you are showing. Similar to the equation here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effective_number_of_bits. For SINAD, we use a combination of signal-to-noise ratio and the total harmonic distortion.
