To whom it may concern:

I am looking for any test report regarding vibration/Mechanical shock of Part LM117HVNAC/EM.

    This part (LM117HVNAC/EM) belongs to the space power product line so I am going to reassign the post to them.

    I am not aware of any such test report from my side.

    Hi Mike,

    As a QML class V device, shock and vibration testing are performed in accordance with MIL-PRF-38535, following methods in MIL-STD-883 as part of the QML class V group D tests.

    Mechanical shock is testing using method 2002

    Vibration is testing using method 2007

    Details of the group D tests can be found in QML Class V Process Optimizations on page 5.

    Please also see QML flow, its importance, and obtaining lot information for more details on the QML flow, and how to obtain lot-specific reports and information.

    The specific part number you referenced is an "/EM" part number, which is intended for evaluation and therefore does not undergo group D testing.
    The flight version of that device (full QMLV) will have full testing in accordance with the QML class V requirements and the two documents linked above.
