I'm designing a circuit for a commercial product and I need some help. I have a 3.3V optoelectronic reflective sensor. When a highly reflective card is placed on the glass the output from the optoelectrical reflective sensor goes from about 1.5 to 2.6 volts. I want this to be adjustable incase the design team changes the reflectivity of the glass or card. Currently I'm feeding the output of the phototransisor to a comparator that has feedback for hystresis. This works great, but it isn't adjustable with a potentiometer to vary the input from the phototransistor. The output of the inverting comparator drives an interrupt line. So when it detects a card, it drives the interrupt line low.
