I'm looking for a solution for interfacing the output of the TIDA-01350 reference design to a comparator for use in an EMI-robust communications system.
As it stands, since the photodiode current is unipolar, the differential output of the second LMH5401 stage will also be unipolar. If naively attached to a comparator, this will result in railing to one side since the differential voltage never goes negative, and in practice won't go fully to 0 due to finite extinction ratio and circuit noise.

I'm interested in a solution that allows conversion from differential unipolar to bipolor to function with a comparator. I'm looking for a bandwidth up to 200MHz, and for robustness in high-emi situations. While one potential solution would be to convert to single-ended either with a balun or by altering the second stage LMH5401, I'm ideally looking for a solution that's fully differential for robustness to common-mode interference.
